Alison is a proven financial services and enterprise software professional who has managed hundreds of successful core and surround platform implementations from all major vendors for over 2 decades. Her skills and capabilities have been uniquely shaped by a career in banking, consulting, and technology with an emphasis on implementations, mergers & acquisitions, and process improvement.
Alison started her banking career as an IT executive at a bank that converted to the Open Solutions’ DNA platform while completely transforming their technology stack. Her career in technical transformations and conversions took root after joining Open Solutions/Fiserv where she led the Implementations Project Office for all platforms in their suite of products. She joined Cornerstone Advisors as Implementations Practice leader where she successfully grew their implementation practice by applying her expert methodology. She left to start her own firm in 2019 partnering deeply with clients running software transformation, merger & acquisitions, and process improvement projects.
