Sean Stanley, Chief of Staff
Sean joins VCPtech with over 25 years of banking and technology experience. His passion is delivering service excellence to internal and external customers and fostering world-class teams through effective leadership and empathy, focusing on continuous process improvement.
His banking journey began with The Savings Bank of Utica in New York, first as Product Manager and then as AVP of Deposit Operations. During his tenure, he became intimately familiar with Open Solutions and the DNA solution platform. When he later joined Open Solutions, now Fiserv, he transferred his skills to the Fintech industry. At Open Solutions, Sean first held the position of Success Partner, cultivating enduring relationships with the companies’ bank and credit union clients, serving as their primary contact, and having enterprise-wide accountability for ensuring client satisfaction. Sean later transitioned into a leadership role as Director of Success Management, where he formed a world-class service delivery team, guiding them to excel at their roles.
