Before joining the team at VPCtech, Rich had been associated with Fiserv for over two decades. As the Director of Software Development, he led the high-performing DNA Integrations, DNA App and CCM Development teams with over 80 professionals around the world. He orchestrated an API strategy for the DNA organization while minimizing integration costs for clients and guiding the journey toward banking and digital transformation objectives.
