Michelle joins VPCtech with over 20 years of extensive experience in the financial services industry, including six-years as a DNA Consultant at Fiserv.
She began her banking career as an accounting assistant, moved up the ranks quickly to Vice President and again to Executive Vice President/CIO, and served as project sponsor for multiple system conversion efforts for the bank.
With her extensive background in technology, finance, and back-office operations she transitioned to Fiserv as a Finance/Back Office Consultant specializing in DNA. Michelle assists financial institutions in optimizing their use of DNA balancing and reconciliation. Her dedication lies in ensuring the best outcomes for her clients, guiding them through back-office and general ledger processes to maximize their technological investments.
