Brian Kronstad, Senior Consultant
Brian Kronstad has over thirty-five years of experience leading large scale banking technology programs including core conversions. While at Fiserv, he led many conversions and mergers to the DNA platform for credit unions and banks. He also spent several years helping financial institutions implement the Transact platform while at Temenos.
Brian’s experience extends beyond project and program management including enterprise implementations, quality assurance, organizational design, and change management. His diverse background delivering various banking technology solutions has afforded him the ability to approach conversions holistically throughout the implementation and into post go-live support phase.
Brian focuses on successful implementations that achieve his client’s goals and building effective partnerships with clients and vendors.
