Her professional journey started with several financial institutions, where she embraced diverse roles spanning member services, accounting, payment systems, and training. At Fiserv, she served as a Spectrum Operator Trainer, honing her skills before transitioning into training DNA technical classes.
As her tenure with Fiserv progressed, Nicole redirected her focus towards training and demonstration areas, overseeing the maintenance and optimization, ensuring they remained current and error-free. In this capacity, she played a pivotal role in supporting DNA associates, enabling them to deliver exceptional demo and training experiences to new and prospective clients.
