She is adept at collaborating with third-party vendors, demonstrating proficiency in seamlessly integrating DNA and other systems.
Throughout her career, Lisa has held key roles in member-facing positions and management, overseeing credit union branches, lending, e-commerce, risk management, and information technology. Lisa’s leadership extends across diverse technical, financial, and business disciplines with a dedicated focus on enhancing member satisfaction and internal efficiency by identifying operational pain points and developing innovative solutions. Her passion is collaborating with clients and guiding them towards successful system conversions.
