Susan brings a diverse background of knowledge with over 25 years of banking experience, the majority of that supporting the DNA Core platform. She initially started her career at Fiserv as a client service support representative specializing in DNA deposits. Over time, she transitioned to development, eventually landing in her most recent role as an Advisory Level Business Systems Analyst in the Integrations area of DNA Development, specializing in third- party integrations.
As an expert in DNA surround integrations and a strong background in deposit operations, Susan excels in navigating Core API and REST services, with a focus on payments/wire processing, mobile and digital banking, and account origination systems. She channels her passion for troubleshooting, testing, and problem-solving into her work and is enthusiastic about collaboration with clients to improve their end customer experience.
