Kim Raczkowski; Senior Consultant
Kimberly (Kim) Raczkowski has 40 years of combined banking and financial technology experience. She started her career in banking, spending the bulk of her time working in Loan Administration for Commercial lending. Over the last 19 years Kim has worked on DNA in several capacities. She began with Open Solutions/Fiserv in Implementations as a GL/Financial Consultant where she guided clients through GL Interface set up including balance and transaction mapping, reconciliation, and external file processing. Kim also spent time as a Loan Consultant where she supported clients in all aspects of lending including loan products and other related set up. Also, she spent time as a Training Specialist and Professional Services Consultant, giving clients DNA training and assessing their current processes and practices to determine the best use of DNA.
Kim’s experience is well rounded, spending several years as a front-end user while working for a DNA client. Most recently she worked for COCC (Connecticut Online Computer Center), as an Application Analyst in the Systems Development department, working on the analysis, design, and QA of system enhancements and fixes to the DNA application.
Kim provides great client experience along with sound support, resulting in their success.
