Virginia (Ginny) McLaughlin is a DNA expert with over 2 decades of experience helping financial institutions configure and operate the platform to achieve their objectives. She is deeply experienced in many areas including front-office functionality, file processing, rejected items processing, IRAs, telephony and online banking. She is also very knowledgeable in business / system table settings and processes. Ginny is skilled at DNA research using the application as well as SQL.
Prior to supporting the DNA Core platform for Open Solutions and Fiserv, Ginny worked for several banks and credit unions in both front and back-office areas in positions ranging from teller to branch manager and department manager.
