Floyd has over 12 years of banking and DNA processing experience along with 2 decades of operational QA processes via ISO Audit & QES education systems. He has several years of experience in DNA Lending configuration and has developed training programs for end-users and trainers. Floyd has also helped clients with commercial lending. He spent several years in technical support roles helping DNA clients configure the platform, understand how to leverage DNA to achieve business objectives and troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Floyd’s primary strength and passion is partnering with financial institutions to drive operational best practices, integration improvements and building and delivering achievable roadmaps for DNA clients that want to get the most return on their technology investments.
