Karen L. Davis has over twenty-five years of experience in banking and technology. Her career in banking spanned many functional areas including Call Center, Deposit Operations, Indirect Lending and Information Technology. She was also a key player on the conversion team for a bank migrating to DNA, and ultimately joined Fiserv to share her experience with many banks and credit unions.
Karen has the ultimate combination of a long and successful career in banking, implementation of DNA as a client, plus a decade at Fiserv helping banks and credit unions on the DNA platform. Her skills have been refined and focused over the years on DNA to include writing reports, navigating the DNA database, running and optimizing the batch processing among others. Karen’s exposure has given her insights into best practices and common pitfalls. She is well positioned to find opportunities to streamline processes for both front-office and back-office functions using technology.
